• Refunds may be issued in cases where there is a clear error or mistake on our part in processing your payment or delivering the service.
• If you cancel a policy or service within the specified grace period, as outlined in your contract, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Refunds are not available for services that have already been rendered or completed, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

• To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at 251-649-9911 within 30 days of the original payment date.
• Provide your name, policy number, and a detailed explanation of your refund request.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.

• If replacement coverage is provided, you may be eligible for a full refund of the premium paid, minus any unused premium, including applicable Surplus Lines fees or charges.
• After the initial 30-day period, refunds for policy cancellations will be prorated based on the unused portion of the premium, and all surplus lines fees if applicable.

• If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and correct any errors promptly.
• If a refund is due as a result of a billing error, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after the error is confirmed.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

• Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to consultation fees, administrative fees, Minimum Earned Premium fees and any fees associated with expedited services.
• Specific non-refundable items will be clearly indicated on your policy agreement.

• We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
